I Build
Thoughtful Solutions,
Not Just Software

Building products where technology serves the user, not the other way around.

Case Study

A Little Bit About Me!

I'm motivated by using technology to solve real problems and make an impact: work that shows up in how people spend their day, not only in theory.

I'm a UC San Diego alumna with a degree in Mathematics–Computer Science. I'm passionate about product and human-centered design: building things people can actually use without disrupting the way they work. I have strong technical skills: I can implement code when needed, and I'm comfortable going deep with engineers. My sweet spot is pairing that hands-on side with a clear read on user needs so we build the best solution for them.

I've also worked in automation and with AI in past roles where I've streamlined workflows, cut manual work, and learned where intelligent tooling actually helps instead of adding noise. That background still shapes how I scope work, talk with engineering, and align what we take on with what we can actually deliver.

What I Do

Workflow Analysis & Improvement

I analyze end-to-end workflows using tools like SIPOC and As-Is mapping to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for simplification before translating findings into actionable product requirements.

User Stories & Acceptance Criteria

I help translate workflows and user needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, reducing ambiguity and supporting efficient development.

User Research & Interviews

I conduct user interviews and stakeholder conversations to understand real-world pain points, validate assumptions, and ensure product decisions are grounded in user needs.

Stakeholder Communication & Alignment

I facilitate alignment across product, engineering, and operations by clarifying goals, documenting decisions, and ensuring shared understanding throughout the product lifecycle.

Process Discovery & Documentation

I document current-state and future-state processes (As-Is / To-Be) to align stakeholders, reduce ambiguity, and support smooth handoffs between product, engineering, and operations.

Product Design

I focus on user-centered design to shape intuitive products and experiences that solve real problems and drive adoption.
